Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Open Grid & Pixel in Shopify
Inside your Shopify admin, open the Grid & Pixel app.
From the left-hand navigation, click My Designs.
Here you’ll see a list of your draft email campaigns created for your BFCM plan.
Step 2: Choose a Campaign to Edit or Schedule
Find the campaign you’d like to review and tap into it.
Each one is pre-built with content, images, and recommended timing — so you can jump right in.
You can update:
Text or headlines
Images or product blocks
Any other content you’d like to personalize
Your edits will save automatically as you go.
Step 3: Preview Your Email
Once your edits are complete, preview your email in one of two ways:
Tap the triple-dot menu and select Preview in Browser,
or go to Preview & Send → Send Test Email, and enter your own email address.
Step 4: Schedule Your Campaign
Ready to schedule your email? Tap the Preview & Send button.
You’ll notice the recommended send date and time are already filled in — but you can adjust them to fit your own schedule.
Double-check your:
Subject line
Audience
Exclusions
Send date
Then click Send Campaign to send this to your Klaviyo account Campaigns tab.
Your campaign will appear in your Klaviyo account, fully scheduled and ready to send at the correct time.
That’s It!
And that’s it! Your campaign is now scheduled and we can’t wait to see your results.
