With Klaviyo Magic Import, you drag and drop Grid & Pixel graphics directly into Klaviyo templates.
Getting Started
Before getting started, make sure your Grid & Pixel account is connected to your Klaviyo Account.
Adding Your Grid & Pixel Graphic to Email Templates
Once you are connected to your Klaviyo account, you can add your graphic to your Email Template two ways - right from your graphic on the Editor or through your Email Templates tab on your My Designs page.

Once you are ready to place your graphic from the Editor, you can do so from the 'Generate Live Embed Code' button:
Or from the 'Publish' button:
After selecting the email template you would like to add your graphic to, drag your design into your email template where you would like to place your graphic.
Note: You can also remove select sections before sending your template back to Klaviyo.
Once you are done placing your graphic, save the template to Klaviyo. In the following modal, click the button to open the template in Klaviyo and save the template for use.
⚠️ Important: You must open your template in Klaviyo and ‘Save’ the template before you can use it into a campaign or flow

On your My Designs page, you will see an ‘Email Templates’ tab where you can see previously saved email templates or you can select a template directly from Klaviyo to start from.
Once you have selected the email template you wish to use, this will take you to the Drag & Drop editor. Select one of your existing graphics from the left side and drag your design into your email template where you would like to place your graphic.

Once you are done placing your graphic, save the template to Klaviyo. In the following modal, click the button to open the template in Klaviyo and save the template for use.

Using Your Email Template inside Klaviyo
Once you have added your graphic to your email template in Grid & Pixel, you must complete the final step of opening that template inside Klaviyo and saving it. This will ensure you can use it as a drag & drop template in your Campaign or Flow.
The above video shows how to add your template to an existing email. To see how to add it to a campaign or a brand new email in a flow, you can follow the below steps:
To add your email template to a campaign in Klaviyo, on the Campaign content step, choose Drag & Drop, navigate to your Saved templates and select the template.
To add your email template to a new email in a flow, on the left panel in the Template section, tap Select Template, then choose Drag & Drop, then navigate to your template under Saved templates.
