How do I sign up for the free trial?
To secure your 7-day free trial, you might be on a Grid & Pixel subscription plan. You can select either our Do It Yourself plan or Full Service plan, both of which include the free trial.
It's important to note that just installing the Shopify app does not start your free trial. You must confirm your subscription plan to begin your free trial.
When does my free trial start?
Your free trial starts as soon as you confirm your subscription plan!
What features can I use during my free trial?
All of them! You have unfettered access to everything the Grid & Pixel app has to offer during your free trial, so make the most of it!
How do I see how much time is left on my free trial?
If you go to your Shopify dashboard and tap Apps and then Apps and sales channel settings, you'll see a list of your installed apps.
You should see a blue banner next to Grid & Pixel that says Free trial and how many days are left on your free trial, if you are still on your free trial.
