Grid & Pixel is a Shopify app, so your password to access Grid & Pixel is the same password you'd use to access Shopify. There is no separate password for accessing Grid & Pixel.
You cannot change your password within the Grid & Pixel app — that must be done in Shopify. You can visit Shopify for information on how to reset your password there.
