Changing Your Subscription Plan

You can change your subscription plan at any time. Here's how to update your pricing plan in a few easy steps:

1. Open the Grid & Pixel app and click on "Settings"

2. Scroll down to "Current Plan"

3. Click the purple "Pricing" text to update your plan

You'll see your current plan is marked as Your Plan. To switch plan, simply select the plan you are interested in and you'll be directed to Shopify to confirm your changes.

5. Approve your plan changes in Shopify

All changes will be reflected in your monthly bill from Shopify. There are instances when changing your plan might result in a credit to your account, which will also be on your monthly bill. We do not handle refunds directly.

For any other changes to your subscription plan, including changes to your monthly usage cap if you're on a Do It Yourself plan, you can make updates directly in the Shopify app.
