To secure your 7-day free trial, you might be on a Grid & Pixel subscription plan. You can select our Klaviyo Autopilot if you're on Klaviyo. Or, a [**Managed Flows plan**](https://www.gridandpixel.com/pricing?utm_source=helpcenter&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=freetrialFAQs)if you use a different email platform. All plans include the free trial.
It's important to note that just installing the Shopify app does not start your free trial. You must confirm your subscription plan to begin your free trial.

If you go to your Shopify dashboard and tap **Apps** and then **Apps and sales channel settings**, you'll see a list of your installed apps.
You should see a blue banner next to Grid & Pixel that says **Free trial** and how many days are left on your free trial, if you are still on your free trial.
